Shipping policy
At Technelium, we provide our customers with one-of-a-kind services and a seamless purchase experience. The shipping policies for our enlisted products can be observed below:
Freight Policy
In the continental United States, all orders will be shipped freight-free “Dock to Dock.” This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, etc. All Products are shipped “Freight Paid” by the customer. The customer will pay the freight in the following circumstances:
- Residential delivery charge for LTL shipments
Freight Damage
All shipments must be fully inspected for freight/concealed damage upon delivery. ANY AND ALL freight damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading/driver’s paperwork and reported to us immediately upon inspection following the following protocol:
- Inspect shipments same day as the proof of delivery date POD
- List ALL freight/concealed damage on the driver's paperwork/BOL
- Refuse the delivery
- Notify Technelium customer service of refusal and damage claim
It is at Technelium’s discretion to accept the returns or return it to Brand. A return authorization (RMA) will be issued if it is returned. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise back into the Brand's distribution center, a new unit will be shipped immediately to the customer.
